With generations of antique heirlooms and historic artifacts, the Lexington residential renovation became more than just any luxury interior design project. Each room became a stage for historic preservation. Here's a look at our favorite installation details.
Welcoming Details on Display
The main entrance features exquisite molding detail, custom hardwood floors, and an inviting floorplan. The home's color palette creates an individualized identity for each space while also effortlessly uniting design throughout the home. Hallways invite conversation and storytelling with each unique piece.
Formal Dining & Butler Pantry
Vintage accents, precious artifacts, fine china, and delicate crystal steal the show in the Lexington formal dining room and butler pantry.
A Sitting Room to Celebrate the Family's Heritage
A beautifully restored and custom upholstered Empire Regency rolled arm sofa welcomes guests from the main foyer to a formal sitting room. Walls are adorned in treasured artwork, including an original line drawing of the family's historic southern plantation.
Living Spaces Balance Luxury & Comfort
From the expansive family style kitchen to the cozy family room and a full downstairs bath, not a single detail was left amiss. Luxuries like professional-grade kitchen appliances, automatic cabinet drawers, brilliant fixture selections and restored antique accents create the signature style that makes these spaces feel like a home.
A Form & Function Favorite
The Lexington family room also features an innovative furniture design that solved a feng shui challenge. Initially, the family room footprint did not easily lend to a furniture layout for comfortably watching TV. With the switch of a button, this brilliant piece allows the room to transform for family movie night!
Bedrooms & Baths
With a primary suite built for relaxation, bathrooms sparkling with detail, and time period inspired guest rooms, the bed and bath features of the Lexington project speak for themselves.
